Color: Milky, dries clear
Spread Rate: 1,500 to 2,000 square feet/gallon/coat depending on surface characteristics of the floor

Product Features

• High durability for long-lasting protection.
• Metal cross-linked acrylic copolymer emulsion polish.
• 18% solids for easy application and excellent leveling.
• Dries bright for areas where buffing is not applicable or desired.
• Excellent buffing response for spray-buffing repairs or high-speed burnishing programs (up to 2,000 rpm).
• Readily strippable.
• Meets the ASTM D2047 standard for slip resistance on dry floors.
• pH of 8.5 – 8.75.

Application Instructions

FLOOR PREP:

1. Sweep or vacuum thoroughly
2. Wash with S-485 Armstrong Floor Cleaner
3. Rinse thoroughly
4. Let floor dry

POLISH – LOW TRAFFIC:

1. Apply 3 to 5 coats (do not apply more than four coats of polish at one time; wait a minimum of 24 hours before applying more polish)
2. Pour polish into a clean bucket (never pour polish directly onto floor)
3. Use a clean finish mop (rayon) or finish applicator
4. Let dry 30 minutes between coats

POLISH – HIGH TRAFFIC:

1. Follow instructions above for Low Traffic; then
2. High speed burnish OR Spray buff (spray-buff solution one part S-480 to two parts water) OR Apply 1 or 2 extra coats
