In most cases, this means the adhesive is no longer usable. This can occur when the shelf life has expired. In some cases, the adhesive may have been frozen and thawed. Try stirring the adhesive down, as in some cases, one freeze/thaw cycle will not harm the adhesive. If the adhesive appears usable after stirring, it is probably suitable for use. We recommend performing a 72-hour bond test.
